(Yoosuf) 12 : 68
وَلَمَّا دَخَلُوا مِنْ حَيْثُ أَمَرَهُمْ أَبُوهُمْ مَا كَانَ يُغْنِي عَنْهُمْ مِنَ اللَّهِ مِنْ شَيْءٍ إِلَّا حَاجَةً فِي نَفْسِ يَعْقُوبَ قَضَاهَا ۚ وَإِنَّهُ لَذُو عِلْمٍ لِمَا عَلَّمْنَاهُ وَلَٰكِنَّ أَكْثَرَ النَّاسِ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ
And when they entered as their father had ordered them, it didn’t avail them at all against Allah except a need within the soul of Yaqoob, which he satisfied; and indeed he was a possessor of Knowledge from which We had taught him, but most of the people are not knowing.
Adhikr is the Knowledge revealed to 313 Messengers from Noah to Muhammad as explained in verse 3: 18. Today, Adhikr-Best Interpretation of Lord's Book-is codified through the Three-Time-Knower mentioned in verse 25: 59. It is commanded through verses 16: 43 and 21: 7 that anyone should ask about any unknown matter to the author of Adhikr. See explanation 3: 7-10; 6: 155-157 and 12: 40.
